A place where members can combine the social and athletic aspects of club life - experience The Fitness Center! Our state-of-the-art gym provides the opportunity for members to stay healthy and fit while enjoying the privacy of the Clubhouse. The Fitness Center includes a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment - including treadmills, ellipticals, and both upright and recumbent bikes, as well as weights, an aerobics area, and a massage room.

Laverne Hammer offers free fitness evaluations, as well as qualified expertise and assistance on a wide array of fitness programs. An independent contractor, Laverne is available for consultation five days a week.

Laverne and Rich Howarth, our PGA golf professional, have created a fitness program geared towards sport performance in relationship to golf. This program will teach the golfer what will best help their swing on the course and give them the best drive.

Yoga Flow:
Restorative hatha yoga poses, this class is great for everyone to help build strength, flexibility & mobility.  Poses can be modified to suit your needs. Appropriate for all ages.  

Wednesday 8:30-9:30 
Yin Class:
Great for golfers, runners, athletes. Gentle slow moving poses mostly on the floor. We hold each pose for 5 - 15 breaths to allow your connective tissues, fascia, tendons to relax & release to allow muscles more mobility, better circulation boosting better health & emotional well being. Appropriate for all ages.
